These sessions are ideal for individuals who need more support with their mental health, have a specific goal in their personal life they want help achieving or feel they would benefit from improved self esteem, self worth and confidence levels- who wouldn’t?

Mindset coaching explores in more detail our belief systems, how they were formed and how they may be negatively impacting our present life. They are a chance for you to communicate your desires, worries and obstacles in a safe and supportive environment. 


Sian offers 1 off discovery calls or more structured sessions over a period of time.
