Elysian Coaching is more than just a gym and we aim to offer a variety of services that reflect that.
We offer physical training in the form of small groups, group classes and personal training.
We also offer 1-2-1 sessions that focus more on the other aspects of health that are too often overlooked.
We believe that only focusing on the one hour a day you spend in our gym is doing a disservice to you as our members.
We want to have a positive impact on the other 23 hours as this is when true progress is made.
