CLASSES

Our class only membership is perfect for both new and experienced lifters who want to become the fittest, healthiest and strongest version of themselves. 

This is an opportunity to train with intimate class sizes and experienced coaches who will push you to transform in both body and mind. 

Our fitness classes are a combination of weight training and conditioning with the aim of educating our members on how to train safely, whilst having fun.

 

We place a huge emphasis on adapting exercise to suit you and your body and work with you to find a form of training that feels good.

As an additional bonus you also receive a 1-2-1 consult each month to discuss nutrition, mindset or take measurements plus access to educational masterclasses and our exclusive community page to ask questions and receive advice from your fellow members and coaches.
