Personal training 

Whilst we encourage individuals to step out of their comfort zone and join one of our group training options we recognise that for some this is not desirable.


Personal training is a great option for those recovering from illness or injury, who may have specific aesthetic or performance goals or who simply prefer training in a more private setting. 

As well as 1-2-1 we also offer train with a friend and small group options, if you don’t have anyone in mind we are also able to look at forming a group to fit your needs. 


All members of our group classes are eligible for 10% off our PT prices making these a great option for class only members who want an extra push.
